📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and solution design in the ECP (Employee Central Payroll) context • Document requirements, business processes, and test plans • Set up customer environments and perform cutover and migration activities • Configure Employee Central Payroll • Support interfaces and integration with Employee Central and other applications • Prepare project documentation and training materials • Conduct knowledge transfer and handover to support teams • Contribute to proposal preparation and effort estimates • Keep subject-matter knowledge up to date on SuccessFactors technologies and roadmaps • Contribute to continuous improvement through team knowledge sharing • Maintain demo systems and support release processes

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in SAP HCM payroll consulting, ideally with a focus on Employee Central Payroll • Deep understanding of payroll processes and legal requirements in Germany • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and cloud integrations (e.g., using CPI) • Project management skills and a strong customer focus • Excellent German and English language skills • Team player with initiative and a passion for innovation
