📋 Description

• Independently manage a group of approximately 400 employees with regard to all HR processes from hiring through to exit • In addition to preparing contracts, certificates and references, a key part of your role is the independent processing of payroll • Provide competent and helpful support to employees and their managers at all times • Maintain personnel master data and personnel files and carry out general administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or a comparable qualification • Demonstrable practical experience in payroll processing and personnel administration • Excellent knowledge of current social security and labor law regulations • A conscientious, solution-oriented working style • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with different occupational groups and stakeholders
