📋 Description

• Independently prepare payroll for a defined group of employees • Independently and service-oriented support of multiple clients on income tax and social security matters • Correspondence and communication with authorities, agencies, health insurance providers and social insurance institutions • Ensure quality management processes and standards • Goal-oriented teamwork • Carry out tasks in payroll administration as well as general clerical duties and payroll accounting

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as a tax clerk, payroll specialist, or certified payroll accountant; suitable for career changers with relevant payroll experience • Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting or payroll administration; reentrants are welcome • Confident use of MS Office applications and payroll systems (preferably DATEV Lohn und Gehalt or LODAS) • Knowledge of timekeeping systems and interfaces desirable • Good knowledge of income tax and social security law
