📋 Description

• Support and further development of the group-wide LOGA payroll system for central payroll processing and the facilities • Ensure stable, efficient and reliable system operations in the payroll environment • Analyze, assess and process system-related inquiries from payroll and the facilities • Implement statutory, collective-bargaining and organizational requirements • Support releases, testing and technical enhancements • Maintain and optimize interfaces to adjacent payroll and financial systems • Support data quality checks • Contribute to reporting and user training • Participate in group-wide payroll IT and digitization projects • Collaborate with payroll, IT, reporting and external service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, university degree or equivalent qualification related to payroll, business administration or IT • Professional experience in payroll or payroll administration • Familiarity with the processes of a monthly payroll cycle • Practical experience with LOGA or a comparable payroll system is an advantage • Solid understanding of statutory and collective-bargaining requirements in payroll • Enjoy analyzing, optimizing and further developing system-supported payroll processes • Structured, solution-oriented and service-minded working style • Confident communication with a variety of stakeholders • Alignment with Christian-diaconal values
