📋 Description

• Prepare monthly payrolls for employees, including salaries, wages, allowances and deductions • Maintain and update employee master data and ensure its accuracy and completeness • Advise HR departments and employees on payroll-related questions • Produce reports and statistics • Work closely with the financial accounting department • Support personnel-related measures • Contribute to the optimization of payroll processes • Apply requirements from payroll tax, social security and labor law in payroll processing • Support digitization and HR projects, particularly the rollout of the new tool • Provide centralized payroll services for multiple hospital sites • Collaborate with the local HR advisors at these locations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/administrative training, ideally with a focus on HR, and several years of experience in payroll and/or finance; alternatively, a relevant university degree • Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social insurance law • Confident user of modern office and business software • Experience with P&I LogaHR is an advantage • Independent, structured and responsible way of working • Strong communication skills, reliability and resilience • Team spirit, initiative and strong service orientation • Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable • Willingness to submit complete application documents including salary expectations and earliest possible start date
