📋 Description

• Manage and maintain workforce scheduling and time management systems, particularly ORTEC and LOGA Time Management • Handle inquiries and incident reports from facilities as part of 2nd-level support • Implement system adjustments and configurations • Set up working-time and duty-roster models in compliance with collective bargaining agreements and statutory requirements • Participate in system testing • Support releases and updates • Create data imports and reports for facilities • Conduct user training • Maintain process and system documentation • Help shape company-wide system standards and modern solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in business administration or healthcare • Ideally, additional professional qualification, such as an IHK-certified HR specialist, a specialist qualification in healthcare management, or equivalent • Enthusiasm for HR systems, digital processes, and workforce scheduling software • Initial professional experience in HR, workforce scheduling, or working-time management is preferred • Experience with workforce scheduling systems such as ORTEC or LOGA Time Management is desirable • Basic knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, employment guidelines, or working-time regulations is an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly with complex spreadsheets, data analysis, and pivot tables • Structured and service-oriented approach to work • Enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders • Alignment with Christian and diaconal values
