📋 Description

• Set up and monitor email campaigns, automations, and nurture flows in CRM and marketing automation platforms • Support client operations using RD Station and other platforms in the technology stack • Support integrations between the CRM and channels and tools such as WhatsApp, Meta, and data platforms • Make basic HTML adjustments to emails and landing pages • Monitor campaign execution and identify issues in flows and configurations • Support the creation and maintenance of communication programs and customer relationship journeys • Track campaign metrics and reports and organize information for the team • Work collaboratively with analysts at different levels, Technology, and Client Services • Gradually take on greater autonomy in managing requests and communicating with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience with CRM, marketing automation, Inbound Marketing, or similar tools • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as RD Station, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools • Basic knowledge of HTML as applied to emails and landing pages • Logical reasoning and the ability to understand flows, rules, integrations, and automations • Strong organizational skills for managing different requests, clients, and deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Curiosity and an ability to learn new tools easily • Proactive approach, with a willingness to investigate problems before seeking help • Ability to work with increasing autonomy • Preferred qualifications: experience in an agency or multi-client environment; knowledge of Power Automate; experience with Marketing Cloud or other CRM platforms; knowledge of tool integrations; experience with customer journeys, communication programs, or automations; HTML knowledge beyond the basics; experience with WhatsApp, Meta, or other tools connected to CRM
