📋 Description

• Configure, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions • Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, scripts, components, business rules, and platform extensions • Translate business needs into viable functional and technical solutions • Collaborate on the management of entities, forms, views, and business rules • Design and maintain automation flows using Power Automate • Participate in developing supporting applications using Power Apps • Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of internal processes • Collaborate on integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems • Participate in defining and validating interfaces with MuleSoft, internal systems, and external services • Perform technical testing and monitor integration-related incidents • Analyze and resolve Level 2 incidents • Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance • Participate in deployments and validations across development, UAT, and production environments • Collaborate on the technical documentation of solutions and procedures • Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies • Collaborate with business, architecture, integration, and infrastructure teams • Contribute to software development best practices and quality

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM • Fluent Spanish (required) • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM required • Required knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, C#, JavaScript, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and REST APIs • Knowledge of Azure Functions, Git, MuleSoft integrations, Omnichannel for Customer Service, Copilot Studio, and AI capabilities applied to CRM is desirable
