📋 Description

• Validate and configure client assets in Meta Business Manager, including Pages, Instagram accounts, WhatsApp Business, ad accounts, and business verification • Manage the contracting and connection of WhatsApp to the CRM • Register payment methods and configure the gateway in the client’s CRM • Link calendars, such as Google Calendar, to the CRM • Create users and apply snapshots to client accounts • Conduct configuration meetings with clients via screen sharing • Conduct operational CRM training sessions • Support the CRM team with data audits, pipeline organization, and knowledge base updates • Document processes in ClickUp and internal documentation • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Development, escalating technical blockers with complete context • Track product enhancements and suggest improvements to onboarding workflows • Perform the technical setup of clients on the CRM and automation platform • Support the implementation of a product that combines CRM and AI for sales-focused customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience required; the selection process requires applicants to provide details of their professional experience • High school diploma or technical education • Experience managing and operating CRM platforms, such as GoHighLevel, Kommo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station, or similar tools • Experience using project management tools, such as ClickUp, Asana, or Notion • Ability to lead meetings with end clients and internal teams • Experience applying artificial intelligence to business, including Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and similar tools • Experience with Meta Business Manager, including asset configuration, WhatsApp connections, integrations, and ad management • Discipline to follow standard operating checklists • Organized, communicative profile with a continuous learning mindset • Consultative and professional approach to customer service • Strong Portuguese writing skills, structured reasoning, and process-oriented thinking • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement • Ability to learn quickly and adopt new processes, tools, and methodologies • Adaptability • Proactive approach to identifying blockers and escalating them with complete context • Engagement as an independent contractor (PJ)
