📋 Description

• Act as the bridge between clients and creative teams • Turn vague client goals into clear creative direction • Keep the production engine moving without friction • Spot risks early and act proactively • Push back on vague or low-quality briefs and guide clients toward better inputs • Keep correspondence tight, clear, and useful • Improve how clients use Deer Designer, moving from reactive support to proactive partnership • Use AI to draft, structure, and refine communication and internal processes • Advocate for clients’ visions while challenging unclear input • Drive successful client outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-facing role (Account Management, Project Management, or Client Success) • Flawless English: communicate with precision—structured, direct, and clear • Design literacy, including basics of layout, hierarchy, branding, and UX • Comfortable pushing back on clients and asking hard questions • Proactive use of AI to structure thinking, identify risks, and improve output quality • Agency experience with creative services, design agencies, or subscription-based business models is a big plus • Familiarity with tools like Figma or Photoshop for review purposes • Familiarity with async-friendly workflows • Ownership mindset focused on outcomes and fixing gaps
