📋 Description

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth, well-organized start. • Manage customer support tasks, including deadlines, quality, ownership, and timelines. • Gather requirements and briefs for requests, then route them to the appropriate teams. • Independently develop tactical plans and digital marketing strategies for each account. • Maintain proactive communication with clients. • Track results and turn reports into strategic conversations. • Monitor engagement, satisfaction, and performance metrics. • Identify service issues before clients need to raise complaints. • Manage client relationships from onboarding through renewal.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing and customer support or Customer Success. • Technical knowledge in at least two of the following areas: marketing automation, Inbound Marketing, SEO, content, or paid media. • Experience with project and task management tools. • Daily proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides). • Ability to plan campaigns and create automation and lead-nurturing workflows in RD Station or a similar platform. • Clear communication skills when working with both clients and internal teams. • Experience using AI in daily work, especially Claude. • Preferably based in Greater São Paulo. • Digital marketing certifications are a plus. • A bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or MBA must be listed in the job application profile.
