📋 Description

• Monitor deliveries from all active partners. • Monitor and report carriers' operational performance. • Track KPIs by region, operation, and logistics partner. • Manage control activities by monitoring end-to-end operations. • Address operational failures and incidents with carriers, NIO, and end customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in operational logistics and transportation. • Experience with Control Tower operations. • Knowledge of logistics KPIs. • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. • Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems. • Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure. • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with partners. • Hands-on profile with strong problem-solving skills. • Degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields.
