📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair cell analysis and genomics instruments • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical service visits • Support customers in the optimal use of hardware and software solutions • Collaborate with Sales, Application Support, Technical Support, and Product Management • Document service activities in accordance with Agilent quality standards • Support the continued expansion of the Cell Analysis & Genomics service business • Provide on-site customer support while working from a home office • Gradually take over an established sales and service territory with long-standing customer relationships • Support laboratory automation, cell analysis, and genomics products such as Bravo, BenchCel, NovoCyte, and xCELLigence

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, medical engineering, or a related field • Experience with laboratory instruments, life science technologies, or technical customer support • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach • Good command of German and English • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout northern and northeastern Germany • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
