📋 Description
• 负责指定区域 High-End LCMS 产品的现场安装、操作培训、维修维护、应用支持（食品、环境方向）等工作，包括高效液相、三重四极杆、飞行时间、离子淌度等相关硬件及相应软件 • 及时解决客户问题，确保用户满意度，维护良好用户关系 • 与其他部门同事协作，完成各项售后服务和支持项目 • 按照公司流程有效完成其他各项工作 • 出差频率为 75%
🎯 Requirements
• 化学、药学、食品、生物学等相关专业本科及以上学历 • 至少 2 年以上 LC 或 LCMS 操作使用经历或 1 年以上相关产品的售后服务经验 • 一年以上食品、环境或材料方面的 LCMS 应用经验 • 深入了解相关的仪器工作原理和日常维护操作 • 喜欢技术钻研，动手能力强，对售后服务工作有兴趣 • 具有优秀的口头表达和交流沟通能力 • 具有良好的英文读写和一定的听说能力 • 能适应高频次的出差节奏
