📋 Description
• Point of contact (m/f/d) for our customers in the Inside Sales area • Day-to-day customer management and after-sales support • Preparation and active follow-up of quotations and processing of orders • Coordination with manufacturers on projects, including technical pre-qualification together with our PreSales team • Support for our sales team in all customer-facing activities • Assistance with sales documentation • Basic marketing activities to support our agency
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training — ideally in a commercial/business field • Experience in inside sales is an advantage • Interest in current technology trends and a passion for sales • Customer- and service-oriented mindset • Strong communication and teamwork skills • High level of commitment and flexibility • Independent and conscientious working style
