📋 Description

• Clarify requirements with customers’ executive leadership and business departments • Independently implement data models, Flows, Apex, and integrations • Introduce AI into customer processes using Agentforce, Claude, or suitable tools • Make architectural decisions within projects • Serve as the team’s technical point of contact and provide support on projects you do not lead yourself • Conduct code reviews • Support colleagues in Germany and India • Ensure proper version control, testing, and documentation • Develop standardized products from support and onboarding packages • Create templates, implementation scripts, and rules for AI agents • Make proven project results reusable • Build and share industry expertise in financial services providers, processes, data structures, and requirements • Spend approximately 60% of your time on customer projects and 40% on team and service development

🎯 Requirements

• You have led Salesforce projects for several years as a Senior Consultant, Developer, or Architect • You can configure and develop Salesforce solutions • Git, Salesforce CLI, and automated deployments are part of your everyday work • You already use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Agentforce in your work • You have informed opinions about what AI tools can and cannot do • You can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences • Very good German language skills • Good English language skills • Experience with banks, insurance companies, asset managers, or FinTechs would be a plus • Salesforce certifications, such as Developer or Architect certifications, would be a plus
