• 10-12 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development or related field • Relationship building and negotiation capabilities with external executive stakeholders • Maintain engagement of current partner ecosystem • Growth obsessed • Deep business acumen to conduct extensive market research and anticipate product and business needs • Prior experience in Consulting, Marketing, Finance, or Business Development roles. • Ability to build relationships and influence internal executive stakeholders and build long-term external relationships with new and existing partners. • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills • Equal parts right brain and left brain; able to disassemble problems and rebuild them creatively • Able to effectively partner with our finance and legal teams to ensure adherence to budgets and law-established rules and guidelines • Strong project management and organization skills • Ability to work in both official languages is considered a nice to have.
