• Prospect and generate leads to expand the retailer network by building contact networks and relationships. • Develop a progressive outreach strategy, including follow-up on all leads. • Conduct research on prospective clients to identify the appropriate contacts and stakeholders to engage. • Understand account profitability and obtain the necessary approvals and documentation for equipment and supply agreements, ensuring a positive return on investment for the company. • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships and values to renew agreements with existing dealers. • Manage all levels of brand execution to achieve the highest consumer appreciation for our brand, exceed loyalty targets, conduct value-added site visits, and help dealers improve in-store experience outcomes. • Analyze markets and provide recommendations to produce required reports while using strong time-management skills to optimize your planned schedule.
• Post-secondary degree (business administration preferred). • 5 to 10 years minimum experience in multi-site management in the fuel/retail sector or in sales is an asset. • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and achieve successful financial management. • Understanding of legal agreements, letters of intent, and other contractual requirements. • Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to communicate fluently in English and French, both spoken and written.
