• Interact with international clients (primarily USA-based) via phone, email, and chat • Understand client requirements and explain IT products and services • Generate and qualify leads; coordinate demos with the technical team • Maintain CRM data and follow up on warm leads. • Stay updated with product knowledge, training materials, and industry trends • Support the Sales team in proposal preparation and documentation
• 0–1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Engagement (IT industry preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication in English with a neutral or US accent • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to handle calls independently • Basic understanding of IT products, cloud solutions, or software services (preferred) • Willingness to learn and grow within the IT sales domain • Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)
