• Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and partners via phone, email, and WhatsApp (in both English and Spanish). • Manage client inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with leads. • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and property information. • Prepare and send property listings, presentations, and follow-up emails. • Coordinate with agents and marketing teams to ensure listings are current and client needs are met. • Perform basic research on properties, neighborhoods, and real estate trends. • Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, file organization, and data entry. • Assist with social media posting and light marketing coordination when needed.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related administrative role. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, etc.). • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
