📋 Description

• Review and analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. • Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data, identifying trends and discrepancies. • Assist in identifying and resolving billing-related issues by working closely with IT, finance, and customer service teams. • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy. • Stay updated on best practices and trends in wireless/mobility billing to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in billing, finance, or data analysis, preferably in wireless/mobility services. • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams to resolve billing issues. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
