📋 Description

• Serves as the technical reference in their assigned region; conducts trainings in-person (theoretical and practical) or virtually for audiences such as painters, counter staff and others • Responds to technical service requests from the SACC (Customer Service Center) remotely or on-site, providing support for complaints, technical specifications, demonstrations, or other interventions

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma - Mandatory • Technical qualification in Building Construction, Interior Design, or Chemistry (advantageous) • University degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or Engineering (Preferred) • Intermediate technical knowledge (Minimum 4 years working in the paints segment in technical roles or in direct product-facing roles in marketing or sales) • Knowledge of paint mixing/handling and application on medium-sized surfaces (demonstrable) • Essential computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Internet)
