📋 Description

• Target and close largest prospects in both private and public sectors (companies from ~250 to 10,000 employees). • Drive deals, manage key customer relationships and help close strategic opportunities with prospects. • Educate prospects and provide inspiring product demonstrations. • Onboard companies’ key stakeholders (HR Directors, CFOs, C-levels, Board of Directors) from prospect to customer. • Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method: deliver relevant messaging and define high-touch strategy per prospect. • Operate as a “full-stack” sales rep covering prospection, closing and onboarding (not account management). • Use prospecting tools and CRM (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Kasper, Lusha, Salesforce) and meeting tools (Google Meet & IRL). • Contribute to company growth by challenging product, methods and strategy and participating in relevant projects and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience. • Strong background in B2B sales. • Previous experience with large companies (ideally selling to them) and understanding of how they operate. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French; Dutch/French bilingualism is a strong plus. • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills. • Strong analytical skills. • Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems. • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team. • Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1. • Familiarity with sales tools: Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Kasper, Lusha. • CRM experience: Salesforce. • Meeting tools: Google Meet; coaching tool: Modjo. • Comfortable engaging and onboarding stakeholders: HR Directors, CFOs, C-levels, Board of Directors. • Experience with cold-calling (asked in application form).
