• Target and close largest prospects in private and public sectors (companies with 200–10,000 employees) • Drive deals, manage key customer relationships, and close strategic opportunities • Educate prospects, provide product demonstrations, and onboard company stakeholders (HR Directors, CFOs, C-levels, Board of Directors) • Apply Alan Smart & Soft selling method and define high-touch strategies per prospect • Prospecting (with support of Sales Associates), closing, and onboarding (account management not required) • Use sales tool stack (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Kasper, Lusha), manage pipeline in Salesforce • Collaborate closely with Sales Associates and cross-functional teams; contribute to product and process improvements
• At least 5 years of experience • Strong background in B2B sales • Experience selling to or working with large companies (200–10,000 employees) • Strong written & verbal communication skills in English and Dutch (bilingual Dutch/French is a strong plus) • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills • Strong analytical skills • Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team • Desire to learn quickly and make an impact from day 1 • Experience with prospecting and sales tools: Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Kasper, Lusha • CRM experience: Salesforce • Experience with meeting/coaching tools: Google Meet, Modjo • Cold-calling experience (application asks about it)
