ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, unusual and unique accommodations) • Become ALB’s local representative in your area • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Manage your property portfolio as if it were your own business • Organize your schedule independently • Work partly remotely and partly in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Persuasive communication skills: ability to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their accommodation • Open to candidates from all professional backgrounds • Eagerness to learn and deliver high-quality work • Autonomy • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive in-house training provided (legal, technical, sales, and property management)
