They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Become ALB’s local point of contact in your area • Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Organize your schedule independently and work in the field or remotely • Develop a portfolio of properties under management

• Status: Independent contractor • Persuasive ability: able to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their accommodation • Open to candidates from all professional backgrounds • Able to organize your time and work independently • Motivated to learn and deliver high-quality work • Start date: at your convenience
