ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Become ALB’s sales agent in your local area • Develop a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management • Identify owners of apartments, houses, villas, and unique accommodations • Persuade property owners to entrust ALB with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow the client portfolio to build a recurring monthly income stream • Organize your schedule independently, combining partial remote work with field activities • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and independence suited to self-employment • Desire to build recurring income over the long term • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
