• On behalf of XOALA, drive sales growth of payment services. • Identify and generate new business opportunities. • Manage business relationships and develop a strong sales pipeline. • Seek out and engage potential clients, including retail traders and institutional investors. • Establish and nurture strategic B2B partnerships across sectors. • Represent Xoala at industry events and networking opportunities. • Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction. • Follow up on leads and referrals, maintaining a high conversion rate. • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
• 1-5 years proven B2B Sales experience, ideally within the FinTech/ Payment Solutions/ Forex or similar industries • Existing book of business will be considered a strong plus • Native/Business fluency in English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage • Strong passion for sales and drive to generate leads • Ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers • Self-driven with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
