📋 Description

• Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes e identificação de oportunidades de negócio. • Atuar com vendas internas de lubrificantes, realizando atendimento comercial por telefone, e-mail e outros canais. • Gerir e desenvolver a carteira de clientes, mantendo relacionamento e buscando aumento de volume de vendas. • Elaborar cotações e propostas comerciais, negociando condições de preço, prazo e entrega. • Acompanhar o ciclo de vendas, desde a prospecção até o fechamento e faturamento do pedido. • Monitorar pedidos, prazos de entrega e atendimento pós-venda, garantindo a satisfação do cliente. • Atualizar e registrar informações de clientes e oportunidades no sistema comercial. • Apoiar a área comercial com análise de mercado, relatórios de vendas e acompanhamento de metas.

🎯 Requirements

• Ensino superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas; • Vivência em prospecção de clientes, gestão de carteira e negociação comercial. • Experiência em segmento B2B, preferencialmente nos mercados industrial, automotivo ou lubrificantes. • Desejável experiência relevante na área comercial, preferencialmente em vendas internas (inside sales).
