📋 Description

• Develop and strengthen relationships with public decision-makers in the education sector (secretaries, deputy secretaries, directors and technical teams) • Drive market opening and generate qualified demand, moving beyond reliance on public tenders/RFPs • Identify strategic opportunities within municipal governments and public agencies • Support the development of proposals with technical insight and alignment to the realities of public management • Monitor institutional negotiations and consultative sales cycles for government • Act strategically in bidding processes (when applicable), providing critical analysis and positioning • Contribute market intelligence and insights on public education trends • Represent the company in institutional engagements, events and meetings with public stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in the public sector, especially in the education area • Experience as a public manager, Secretary of Education, or significant institutional experience in the sector • Active relationships with decision-makers (not just theoretical knowledge) • Ability to navigate political, technical and commercial dimensions • Strategic understanding of how municipalities operate and public decision-making processes
