📋 Description

• Define strategy, plan and execute software tests • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities • Review requirements, specifications and technical documents • Create detailed, structured test plans and test cases • Execute functional, exploratory, regression, End-to-End (E2E), API, performance and load tests • Execute API tests with Swagger and Postman • Develop and run automated tests using Cypress • Explore scenarios, validate complete flows and identify non-conformities • Log, document and track bugs through to resolution • Run regression tests after fixes and validate deliveries • Monitor and analyze quality metrics • Collaborate with developers, analysts and product managers to validate requirements • Monitor and debug test results and processes • Investigate root causes of non-conformities and support solutions • Support continuous improvement of software quality processes • Stay up to date with testing tools, practices and strategies • Act proactively, with a sense of ownership and self-management in handling tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields • Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing • Experience with manual and automated software testing • Experience with End-to-End (E2E) testing • Experience with API testing • Experience with Swagger and Postman • Experience with test automation using Cypress • Experience or knowledge in performance testing and load testing • Knowledge of functional, regression and exploratory testing • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Organized, proactive profile with a strong sense of ownership • Nice to have: experience with ERP systems or tax/accounting products • Nice to have: experience with integrations with SEFAZ (Brazilian State Finance Departments) • Nice to have: knowledge of electronic tax documents (NF-e, CT-e, NFS-e, among others) • Nice to have: experience validating tax rules and regulatory reporting (obligations)
