📋 Description

• Oversee the complete high-impact order lifecycle strategy for critical infrastructure deployment in Brazil • Resolve major customs clearance holds, international freight disruptions, and regulatory bottlenecks • Oversee the Nota Fiscal Eletrônica (NF-e) architecture, auditing XML formatting and tax calculations • Communicate directly with local customs brokers, 3PL partners, and governmental platforms including SISCOMEX and DUIMP • Audit and report complex vendor performance metrics, delivery accuracy, and contractual SLAs • Build automated data reporting frameworks to optimize cross-border fulfillment speeds and logistics costs • Coordinate with global teams, vendors, 3PL partners, and customs authorities • Improve fulfillment speed and ensure operational compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in international trade operations • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • Proven experience managing complex end-to-end logistics execution in the Brazilian market • Deep expertise in global freight processes, specialized customs clearance, and complex Incoterms execution • Mastery of Brazilian import/export regulations, corporate fiscal procedures, and tax frameworks, including ICMS, IPI, and PIS/COFINS • Expert Excel, Power BI, or analytical skills for automated supply chain optimization models • Advanced proficiency in enterprise tracking tools (ERP, WMS) and localized trade compliance platforms • Exceptional communication skills in Portuguese • Solid intermediate English proficiency
