• Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders • Identify and manage upsell and expansion opportunities • Craft value and business justification narratives in partnership with customers • Train and onboard client teams • Provide expert-level guidance and troubleshooting support • Act as the voice of the customer, capturing feedback and insights
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management, or a related discipline) • 2+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or consulting roles, within the construction industry • Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycles • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) • Proven problem-solving skills • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 15%) as required
