📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered search, summarization, and chat applications for the internal AI-powered search and chat platform • Build or integrate agentic AI systems involving multi-step reasoning, tool-calling, or autonomous workflows • Implement information-retrieval solutions including vector-based search, relevance ranking, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) • Develop production-ready AI applications in Python integrating with AWS services • Build and tune OpenSearch/Elasticsearch indexes for semantic and keyword search use cases • Evaluate, tune, and refine AI models and system performance through experimentation • Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of overall IT or software engineering experience • At least 2 years of recent experience working with AI or ML solutions • Proven proficiency in Python • Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SageMaker, Glue, and S3 • Hands-on experience with OpenSearch and/or Elasticsearch • Familiarity with vector databases and vector search techniques, including embeddings and similarity search • Applicants must have work authorization in Poland that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship • Successful completion of a background check, as required for the position • Ability to participate in virtual interviews conducted on video
