📋 Description

• Manage a team of senior Product Managers and Product Owners • Define and drive the product strategy for Reimbursement Account Solutions, Verification Services Solutions, and Compliance Solutions • Ensure alignment between product, technology, operations, compliance, and client delivery teams • Oversee large, complex, multi-year product initiatives across cross-functional teams • Develop a deep understanding of client and member needs within benefits administration

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in benefits administration or employee benefits • Proven track record of leading large, complex enterprise product initiatives • Experience managing and developing teams of senior Product Managers and Product Owners • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across functions. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field or corresponding experience required. • Benefits certification (e.g., CEBS), MBA or advanced degree preferred
