📋 Description

• Support with job postings and updates as well as the entire recruiting process • Organize and coordinate the application process from initial contact to the interview • Actively participate in the selection process • Maintain personnel files and handle inquiries • Request employment documents • Help shape the onboarding process and support new team members during their start • Independently take on smaller projects • Bring fresh ideas to HR strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Structured, detail-oriented and able to work independently • Ability to keep track of multiple tasks • Strong teamwork skills and clear, open communication • Resilient, friendly and solution-oriented • Good knowledge of common Office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) • Proactive use of digital tools • Minimum availability of 3 months for the internship • Prior experience in HR is a plus but not required
