• Strong leadership and presentation skills • Financial analysis skills • Working knowledge of the construction, distribution, and service industries • Extensive managerial experience (4-6 years) • Proven track record of leading a collection function with 4-6 years' experience • Ability to collaborate across the organization and influence business outcomes • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred but related work experience can substitute
