📋 Description

• Identify and approach potential clients in local markets across Europe • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers • Actively reach out to businesses via phone calls, email, and social media • Present Recruit4Work’s recruitment solutions and negotiate agreements • Drive business growth by generating new accounts and revenue • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth candidate delivery and client satisfaction • Work remotely, set your own hours, and manage your own sales pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment • Confident in outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media • Strong understanding of European business markets • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • English language proficiency
