📋 Description

• Take full project responsibility for new-build projects from initiation through to completion • Conduct site analyses — competitive analyses and on-site inspections • Support planning, contract negotiations and implementation of new-build projects • Prepare feasibility calculations and business plans • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders during the project phase

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree with a business and/or technical background • More than 2 years of relevant professional experience • Proficient with standard MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel • Excellent organizational, communication and facilitation skills • Confident and personable demeanor with a solution-oriented and structured working style
