📋 Description

• Own the AI product line and product direction, reporting to the CEO • Define the AI roadmap, including AI Campaigns, Affiliate CRM with agents, MCP, and natural-language interfaces • Decide what gets built and what does not • Own AI quality through evaluations, output-quality metrics, guardrails, confidence signals, and human-in-the-loop processes where agents affect money or partner relationships • Make architecture decisions with engineering, including model choice, retrieval, tool design, and when plain logic is preferable to a model • Hold weekly calls with design partners and clients • Learn the affiliate and iGaming domain from customers • Drive adoption, retention, and revenue impact of AI features • Build the AI layer on top of Scaleo's core tracking platform, including agents that monitor, decide, and act on behalf of customers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong B2B SaaS product management experience, having owned a product end-to-end with results in adoption or revenue • Experience shipping AI to real users, including LLM features or agents in production • Ability to explain how AI quality was measured, where guardrails were placed, and what broke • Hands-on experience building agents, tool use, or MCP; candidates should show something built in the last year • Fluent spoken English for customer calls • Affiliate, performance marketing, or adtech experience is a strong plus • iGaming experience on the operator or network side is a strong plus • Experience with data and analytics products is a strong plus
