• Lead full-cycle recruiting for early career roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. • Build and manage strong relationships with Career Services, faculty, and student organizations across target schools. • Plan and execute virtual and in-person campus events, including information sessions, hiring events, workshops, and other talent engagement opportunities. • Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience that reflects strong communication, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. • Experience building and maintaining strong external relationships, including with university partners, faculty, student organizations, or other talent communities. • Experience planning and supporting events, programs, or candidate experiences in both virtual and in-person settings. • Strong execution skills with careful attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. • Ability to work effectively across teams and adapt in a fast-changing environment. • Experience using Workday as an applicant tracking system (ATS). • Must live in Chicago, IL or within a commutable distance. • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 35% for campus visits, local office meetings, and large-scale hiring events.
