📋 Description

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support profit and growth objectives within your assigned market or line of business. • Analyze business performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and recommend strategic actions. • Contribute to the design and execution of pricing, product, and risk management initiatives. • Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met. • Communicate insights and recommendations to business partners and stakeholders. • Monitor performance against business plans and help drive continuous improvement efforts. • Develop expertise in personal lines products, pricing strategies, underwriting processes, and risk management practices. • Lead smaller-scale projects and contribute to larger strategic initiatives. • Apply analytical methods and operational knowledge to solve business challenges and support decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of professional experience in analytics, business strategy, finance, insurance, economics, mathematics, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication and relationship-building skills. • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn complex business concepts.
