• Bachelor's degree preferred • 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business transformation, change management, program management, sales enablement, or related disciplines • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders • Proven ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining productive working relationships • Experience developing activation, adoption, and organizational readiness strategies • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
