📋 Description

• Analyze and review private health insurance (supplementary health) cases, identifying critical issues and appropriate strategies for each matter. • Draft templates and court filings (motions, briefs) of low, medium and high complexity, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with deadlines. • Act at the merits (trial) and appeals stages under both ordinary and summary procedural rules, ensuring the proper management of judicial matters. • Monitor cases in high-volume litigation, tracking case progress and taking appropriate procedural measures at each stage. • Prepare strategic legal reports and communicate procedural strategies to clients, contributing to decision-making and case management. • Support the organization and control of case data and internal department routines, promoting efficiency and smooth workflow.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in litigation, preferably in high-volume litigation environments, with a solid understanding of the workflows and requirements of mass litigation. • Experience in the private health insurance (supplementary health) sector, with knowledge of applicable legislation, the sector’s regulatory dynamics, and the specificities of claims involving health plan operators, will be considered a relevant competitive advantage.
