📋 Description

• Conduct collective/union litigation • Full management of a portfolio of strategic labor litigation cases • Handle administrative proceedings before the Public Labor Prosecutor’s Office (MPT) and the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), file responses to complaints and implement other procedural strategies • Draft pleadings and other court documents at the trial (merits), appellate, and enforcement stages, including high-complexity matters • Update and maintain legal case management systems • Act as counsel in hearings, case conferences/bench meetings and oral arguments • Carry out administrative measures and related actions

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the city of São Paulo or Greater São Paulo • Proven experience in corporate labor litigation • Experience managing a team • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) • Postgraduate degree in labor law preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of labor law calculations (payroll and benefits calculations) • Prior experience practicing labor law
