• The Sales Executive is the first point of contact for a prospect (lead) with the ALOHA Mental Arithmetic program. Their role is to explain the program via chat (WhatsApp, email), phone call, or virtual meeting; present available group options; and guide prospects through the onboarding process for the ALOHA Mental Arithmetic program. • Classify and update lead information in the CRM system (HubSpot). • Follow up with prospects who qualify as potential customers. • Respond to prospects via email, chat, or phone. • Coordinate lead status with the responsible administrative staff. • Meet monthly sales targets. • Attend induction and results review meetings with the responsible administrative staff.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in customer service and sales • Mobile phone with data access • Computer with internet access • Immediate availability • Clear diction and strong verbal communication skills
• Compensation: commission-based • Commission: USD 23.75 per closed prospect • Minimum achievable target: 40 closed prospects per month • Well-received program with potential for a binding agreement and a fixed monthly bonus (depending on performance after 3 months)
