📋 Description

• Engage with potential and existing clients via email, calls, and SMS campaigns • Support the recruitment team by coordinating with clients and assisting in candidate sourcing • Use tools like LinkedIn and SignalHire for lead generation and outreach • Help organize and execute marketing or outreach initiatives to generate new business opportunities • Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth coordination across teams • Collaborate with senior team members on business proposals and follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, recruitment coordination, or client-facing roles (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply) • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal • Highly motivated, organized, and willing to learn new tools and processes • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting • Available to work during US business hours
