• Ownership of lifecycle CRM for seven strong pet food brands • Responsible for automations and campaigns from concept to go-live • Work independently, make decisions and iterate improvements based on results • Build, maintain and optimize Klaviyo flows for all brands • Use email as the core channel and expand into other channels over time • Speed over perfection — test and measure results • Translate data into concrete actions and create personalized messaging • Develop storytelling and creative concepts
• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing • Strong hands-on knowledge of Klaviyo or a comparable platform • Understanding of customer journeys and retention mechanisms • Experience working in an AI-native environment and familiarity with AI tools • Independently create flows, segments and templates • Experience with segmentation, triggers, A/B testing and deliverability • Confident handling of consent and data protection (GDPR) • Data-driven working and translating dashboards into actionable measures • Creative flair and ability to create briefings and campaigns
