📋 Description
• Own day-to-day intake, triage, and routing of customer contract requests • Review commercial redlines and resolve standard contract changes • Escalate complex or legal-risk issues to Legal • Monitor contract status and drive deals toward signature • Partner with Legal to translate recurring requests into standardized clauses • Ensure commercial contract terms are accurate and system-ready • Serve as a key operational partner for contracting operations • Analyze workflows for bottlenecks and track operational metrics
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in SaaS, ideally through high-growth and $600M+ ARR scale • High proficiency in the Salesforce/CPQ/Ironclad ecosystem • Proven track record of turning manual processes into documented, automated workflows • Deep understanding of subscription models and commercial fluency • Understanding of risk tradeoffs and legal playbooks, operating as a process engineer
