• Serve as the primary contact for client needs, inquiries, and concerns. • Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster retention and growth. • Oversee client accounts, ensuring services meet business goals, expectations, and budgets. • Collaborate with internal teams — including sales, product, and operations — to deliver tailored solutions. • Proactively identify and resolve issues, continuously improving client experience and internal processes. • Work closely with the product team to align updates and features with client expectations. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Altenar’s offerings to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive partnership.
• Languages: Portuguese (proficient), English (intermediate or higher). • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service. • Strong multitasking and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, track, and interpret data effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Problem-solving attitude and adaptability in fast-paced environments. • Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse teams. • Experience in the sports betting or iGaming industry is a strong advantage.
